Art. 2. Personal Data Processed: what data is requested
The personal data provided through this site and, in particular, through the “work with us” section are the object of processing: name, surname, email, geographical area of residence, telephone number, IP address, any other data provided through CV or independently by the interested party through email or free text messages.
Art.3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing: why personal data is processed and what justifies the processing
Purpose c) Evaluate any applications in order to propose in-depth interviews for possible hiring
Legal Basis: execution of a contract or pre-contractual activities
Purpose d) Use of data collected through “technical” cookies and anonymous and aggregate statistics, such as navigation or session cookies, functionality cookies and analytical cookies, aimed at making navigation within the site functional and optimizing it.
Legal Basis: legitimate interest of the data controller aimed at providing the user with the best possible browsing experience and collecting information about the number of users and visits to the site, so as to evaluate its effectiveness. (see cookie policy)
Purpose e) Use of data collected through preference and marketing cookies, exclusively if selected
Legal Basis: request for consent. If consent is denied or consent is revoked, no data will be collected and/or used for this purpose (see cookie policy)
Art. 4. Processing methods: how personal data is processed
The personal data referred to are those reported in Art. 2 and are processed within the limits strictly necessary to achieve the purposes referred to in the previous Art. 3.
For the pursuit of the purposes described above, no decision is taken based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects or significantly affects the life, rights and freedoms of the interested party.
The processing takes place with the aid of electronic tools (computers, cloud servers, smartphones, etc.) connected to the network and with the support of paper archives stored in dedicated rooms, accessible only by authorized personnel, at our offices.
Art. 5. Retention period: where and for how long we keep personal data
Personal data are processed and archived for the following periods.
• Purpose c) Six months from the date of receipt of the application request
• Purpose d) For the time necessary to evaluate the performance of the site, and in any case no longer than 1 year
• Purpose e) Until any revocation of consent
It is specified that the data will subsequently be deleted. In the event that it becomes necessary to restore the data via backup, its new deletion is guaranteed.
Art. 6. Communication and transmission of data: to whom the data is communicated
Personal data may be shared, exclusively for the purposes specified above, with the following categories of recipients:
• Collaborators of the Data Controller, as persons designated and authorised to process personal data, bound by confidentiality;
• Persons, companies, or other third parties, such as, by way of example and not limited to, professional, IT, marketing, system administrators, service outsourcers, etc., each for its specific area of expertise, and bound to confidentiality, with whom the Data Controller maintains relationships necessary for the performance of its business or by legal obligation and to whom a specific mandate has been entrusted for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected;
• Judicial or supervisory authorities, administrations, public bodies and organizations, in the exercise of their functions, when required by law.
These subjects will process the data as “Data Processors”, and therefore duly appointed and authorized to process personal data under the direct authority of the Data Controller, or as Data Controller or independent “Data Controllers” authorized to access them pursuant to provisions of Law, regulations and standards; in any case, the data will not be disclosed.
Art. 7. Transfer of data to non-EU countries:
The processing of non-EU data is not envisaged: the data is stored on cloud servers located in Europe.
Art. 8. Rights of the interested party
• Right of access: obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed and, where that is the case, request access to it, receive information regarding the purpose of the processing, the categories of personal data processed and the retention period, and the recipients to whom the data may be communicated;
• Right of rectification: obtain, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate personal data and the integration of incomplete personal data;
• Right to portability: to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, your personal data provided to the Data Controller, as well as to obtain that they are transmitted to another data controller without impediments;
• Right to erasure: to obtain, without unjustified delay, the erasure of your personal data;
• Right to restriction: to obtain from the Data Controller the restriction of processing;
• Right to withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before revocation;
• Right to object: to object to the processing of your personal data, unless there are legitimate reasons for the Data Controller to continue processing;
• Right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority or other supervisory authorities.
To exercise your rights, you can send a communication or a registered letter with return receipt or certified email to the addresses listed in art. 1. Please remember to attach a valid identity document.
